I Love Real Dirty Things

I'm not sure which I love more, Dirty Jobs or Deadliest Catch. At this point, I think it's a toss up.

But one thing I do know...I love this commercial. That's for sure. I sometimes wish I could break into song. I have a crush on Mike Rowe, the bald guy with the big ol' gun is super hot, and sometimes I wish I had the capability to set people on fire. (I suspect I am missing the point of their ad campaign, but whatever.) I could watch the Discovery Channel all day, if stupid work didn't get in the way.

On that note, Happy Earth Day!

We use to be ADDICTED to the Deadliest Catch. We even we out and had crab to bring in the new season last year. We toasted to those who risk their lives for us to enjoy the crab legs! Mmmmm.

I have a secret crush on Mike Rowe, too. There's something about a man who can get dirty.

Great great video! I concur...I could get sucked into the Discovery channel and end up forgetting to eat.

Mike Rowe is lickable, even when he's dirty and sweaty and. . . Oh wait, maybe that's why?? I'm a sick sick girl.

His voice doesn't hurt the appeal either.

Yeah, the voice gives me shivers...the good kind.

Deadliest Catch looks really cool, that's a "reality" show that I could like I think. Right now we have no cable. Instead, I have neighbors who scream at each other outside my living room window.

I'm the big dweeb who doesn't have cable so I had to google "Mike Rowe." And you know, being married to a water/sewer laborer, I totally get your attraction. :)

I was looking on YouTube the other day and found some spots he did selling crap on QVC like 15 years ago.....hilarious!

(There is one where he sings Sinatra on a karaoke machine that is pretty funny!)

Josh used to watch Dirty Jobs all day long on Saturdays until I started voicing my secret attraction to Mike Rowe. Now he turns it off as soon as I get home from school and I do housework instead.
